Offers in TWO SEPARATE SEALED covers containing 'technical details' and 'financial details' on prescribed format are invited from the interested parties, who are ready to lease out their readily available premises located preferably on Main Road at the following place with the requisite details on long terms lease basis preferably for 10 years or more.

The premises should be situated in commercial place.

Some of the terms and conditions, which an offeror should ensure while applying for the proposed premises:

Applicant will be required:

 (I) Offeror will be required to construct strong room in the premises as

     per RBI specifications at his own cost.

(II)  to provide proof of  ownership along with application. The offerror must have a clear title to the property

(III) NOC for opening of Bank’s Branch/ATM  from Competent Authority at their own cost at  the time of finalization.

P The offeror must have a clear title to the property.

P The premises must be suitable from the point of view of security and

    have all civic facilities such as adequate sanitary arrangements, Water

    and Electricity, Natural light & Ventilation.

P The premises should be strong and modern and should provide for

     natural structural safety from hazards of fire, theft and collapse.

P The premises structure should be strong enough to bear the weight of

     Strong Room, Strong Room Doors, Safe & Locker cabinet. RCC 

     construction for Strong Room should be as per RBI approved BIS

     specifications.

P The offeror of the premises will have to execute Bank’s standard

     lease deed.

P The offeror should bear all the taxes, non-confirming/misuse

     charges, cesses etc related to the premises.

P The offeror will have to provide space for Generator Set, Toilets and

     parking free of cost.

P Minimum 15 KVA power load with three phase connection will be

     required at offerors cost.

 

P The cover containing technical details should be marked Envelop no.1

     and super scribed with 'Technical Bid' and the cover containing

     financial details should be marked as Envelop no.2 and super scribed

     with 'Financial Bid'. Both these covers duly sealed should be put up in

the third cover super scribed with “Offers for premises located at Sector-02, Noida and Sector-50,Noida" and and it should also bear the name, address and contact No. of the offeror on all the three Envelops.

The third cover duly sealed should be addressed to

as detailed hereunder:

 

  • The offer as above should be submitted in the Bank's prescribed format only as given in the website.

  • The sealed offers will be received at Bank’s Head office

  • The bank reserves the rights to accept/reject any/all offers without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

  • No brokerage will be paid by the bank.
